The Service being provided by Megapolis Sales Office is par excellence and it is being maintained right from the point of booking the Flat –till the Possession of the said flat and thereafter till its physical occupation and in helping us in getting the customer for Leave and License basis and right up to the point of agreement registration etc
Earlier they had invited us for selection of tiles and colour for bedrooms and wash rooms from the options available with them.
The Personnel are very cordial and warm and they have always updated their information whenever given to us and their Website is very customer friendly which gives regular and updated photographs of the construction Status and the current rates and the total breakup of costs involved.
Mr Jinder Thakur has been sending photographs at every stage of “CONSTRUCTION “ via email to us.
Even when ever possible they arrange for car for pick up and journey back to said flat and our journey to and fro for Registration Office was available.
The reception staff is also very well trained and welcomes us all the time with filtered water and warm cup of tea.
Mr Jinder Thakur has been in close contact with us since the time of booking the said flat till present and he is very capable and warm hearted person.
Mr Paramveer Singh has been very co-operative and helpful at all the times and is customer friendly.
He has good knowledge of all the Procedures and in Technical matters and is very capable person and has noble heart and keeps customer foremost in all the dealings and is very COMMITED HUMAN BEING.
He is all rounder and is like FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED
He even sends drafts of Agreements and in preparing for the final copy of Leave and License agreements
He is very modest and honest and caring and very hard working person
