About Pegasus

Established in 2008 as a joint venture between Kumar Properties and Avinash Bhosale Industries Ltd. (ABIL), Pegasus Properties focuses on constructing contemporary townships within cities. Its first offering is the 150-acre Megapolis, built along the outskirts of Pune, at the Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi IT and Biotech Park, Phase III.
